
All New Milton Sports Clubs or Organisations that are based, train or play
in New Milton are invited to participate in The New Milton Pageant of Sport
2012 being held on the Recreation Ground on Saturday 21st July, 2012.
You are invited to get involved either by way of a demonstration of your
sporting activity within one of the arenas, or by taking a Stall to
promote your Sport and Club - or both. Use the Form below to let us
know your intentions.
- Stall Space will be an area of approximately 4m x 4m.
- Organisations will be required to provide their own Stall Furniture,
Tables and Gazebo, Small Marquee if required.
- Electricity will not be available in the Stall Locations and if needed
a Generator must be provided by the Organisation. Care should be taken to
use low-noise generators and to ensure they do not cause a nuisance to
nearby stalls. Inflammable liquids must be stored separately away
from the Public area.
- Stalls must be setup before 10:30 am and cannot be removed until the
end of the Event.
- In the event that a Gazebo or other Covering or Awning is used, care
must be take to provide fixings to adhere to the ground and where guy
ropes are used, these should be clearly marked with Hazard tape to ensure
no accidents are caused.
- Stallholder positions are non-transferable and in the event that an
Organisation needs to cancel their involvment, this should be done as soon
as possible by

- Clubs/Societies should have their own Public Liability Insurance to
cover their participation at such Events - as the Organisers of The New
Milton Pageant of Sports cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage
or theft of property or for any injury or damage caused to a Third Party
or to their property.
