THE EVENTS

In 2012 there will be four New Milton Craft Events

Saturday 19th May - Spring Craft Fair

Saturday 21st July - Summer Craft Fair  (Running alongside The New Milton Pageant of Sport 2012)

Saturday 22nd September - Autumn Craft Fair

Saturday 10th November - Christmas Crafts & Gift Fair

FOR VISITORS

New Milton Crafts events have showcased the work of hundreds of local and regional crafts people, featuring contemporary and highly original makers and designers across all media. With Jewellery, glass, silver, wood crafts, ceramics, textiles, clothing and the odd unusual pieces thrown into the mix.

New Milton Crafts 2012 events offer beautiful handcrafted objects to suit everyone's tastes and budget. Many of these items will be unique and cannot be purchased on the high street.

Visitors can spend as much time as they like in a relaxed yet stimulating atmosphere, chat to the craft people and find out the story behind their work.

A Cafe area is provided for visitors to relax with a drink and a bite to eat and contemplate their purchases - or just to relax after visiting the Fair.

The Memorial Centre has full disabled access and there is considerable low cost parking around New Milton.

For Exhibitors, New Milton Crafts 2012 provides a proven formula which has been tested by the attendance of an average of over 1350 at each of the first two events in 2011.  The fair held on Saturday 5th November was attended by a record attendance of in excess of 1750 adults (excluding children under 14) - although this figure may well rise after attendance receipts have been checked.

For the Exhibitor, New Milton Crafts 2012 offers an informal and ideal large scale venue to promote their crafts, products and services.  The New Milton Town Partnership plays particular emphasis on drawing in the visitors with wide ranging promotional and advertising campaigns.  New Milton itself is a town with a population in excess of 25,000 people and there are large populations in the local area in places like Christchurch, Lymington, Milford on Sea, Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst.

The 2011 Events saw visitors drawn to the Fairs from as far afield as Poole, Southampton and Guildford - such is the reputation that we quickly gained.

We understand the needs of Stallholders and try to make the day with us as enjoyable as possible.  Hopefully also we make the whole process, from placing your Booking to clearing away at the end of the Show as stress free as possible.  We want you also to have an enjoyable day as well as hopefully providing you with the opportunity to make it a profitable day.

The New Milton Memorial Centre is the largest indoor venue of its kind between Southampton and Bournemouth and it is a location which has proven easy to access and setup your Stall for a day's profitable trading.

Important Note for Stallholders : 

19th May :  This Event is now fully booked and all Stallholders will have received a Stall Allocation E-Mail and also an Invoice together with instructions that Payment must be made before 7th January, 2012 if the Stall Allocation is to be retained. Applications to go on the Waiting List for cancellation are still being accepted.

21st July : By the 23rd November, all Stallholders booked for this Event will receive a Stall Allocation E-Mail and also an Invoice together with instructions that Payment must be made before 1st February, 2012 if the Stall Allocation is to be retained. There are a few stalls left and applications are being accepted.

22nd September :  Stallholders who have applied for this Event will shortly receive confirmation that their Stall Booking Form has been received.  It is not intended to allocate Stalls or to issue Invoices for this Event until early in 2012.  Watch this Site for further information. 10th November : This Event is now fully booked and Stallholders who have already applied for this Event will receive confirmation that their Stall Booking Form has been received.  It is not intended to allocate Stalls or to issue Invoices for this Event until early in 2012.  Applications to go on the Waiting List for cancellation are still being accepted.
